Please include in the following information.

Date , Number of guests( if you are in the early stages of planning this can be an approximate),Event location, start times & any other relevant information.

Later on you will have the option of additional personalisation, such as the

name or couple getting married (e.g. 'The Smiths) and or date of the event, if you’re a business you might personalise it with your business name. 

The Artworks are Just shy of A5 in size & come on 300gsm thick

paper, packaged in a plastic slip for extra protection. Please note that 100 people weddings is the maximum I can service. 

 

It is best that I am provided a work station table and chair on site that

is cohesive with the aesthetic or your venue and event. If I am travelling locally ( Coffs Harbour & surrounds) & you cannot provide this please let me know & ill source my own, if I am travelling outside these areas I often have to fly so this will not be an option, please make sure the venue provides this. 

 

Two people maximum per artwork. The figures are faceless and are

customised based on the outhit, hair, and skin tone of guests. 

There are special request sometimes for parents + kids or three people, this is doable however they take up time at each event to do. Please keep this in mind.
