All orders are made to order and print-on-demand. Every piece is specially created just for you once your order is placed. Refunds are not available unless your piece arrives damaged during transit. In that case, a replacement or refund will be arranged in line with the process below.
Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Take clear, detailed photos of the parcel and item.

Keep all original packaging materials.

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Unfortunately, any claims made after this 24-hour period cannot be accepted.
Change of Mind
As all items are made to order, refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not available.
Please carefully check your delivery details before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, redelivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
