Is the white border part of the print?
When you see a print with a white outer border, it is part of the print design and is included in the size of the print measures in cm.
If the print has a white border, we can not offer the print without it.
What dimensions do you print the artworks in?

My friend Caitlin ordered a pet painting from you, a black dog called Cola. It arrived in my mail today as a surprise from her. I just wanted to say thankyou. It is so perfect. I unfortunately had to get him put down afew weeks ago. He was my best friend for 16 years and I miss him so much. Thankyou so much, I get to look at him every day now.

I sent Deli a photo of my friend’s dogs, and she painted it so quickly and beautifully! The detail was so realistic, and the whole gift was wrapped with care and even included a handwritten letter. My friend absolutely loved it! such a special and thoughtful gift. Highly recommend!

About 4 years ago I ordered this portrait of our 12 year old dog who passed away. I remember picking up the artwork from Deli and bursting into tears as soon as I opened it.
Deli was so lovely and kind to deal with.
Still to this day it is my most favourite thing in our home 🫶
